The first time a teacher logs into Eduphoria (http://eduphoria.yisd.net) they will be asked if they are a new teacher to the campus. They choose Yes or No. Then they will be asked what campus they are assigned to, where they choose their Home Campus. Once they do so they will see an icon with the title PDAS 2009. However, until they are assigned an appraiser they will NOT be able to see the Teacher Self-Report. Once an appraiser is assigned then follow the directions included in the video below to complete the Self-Report.
